Manufacturing process

2. For blended cotton, the two types of fibers are mixed in proportion and combed evenly, a cotton sleeve suitable for a round head is made through a dedicated device, and the edges are locked to prevent filament scattering.
3. The plastic components are divided into two parts: the drag head frame and the rod body, they are integrally formed by injection molding, after molding, surface burrs are removed and the accuracy of the threads and joints is checked.
4. Assemble it. Put the cotton sleeve on the plastic frame and fix it, then connect the swivel joint between the drag head and the rod body to ensure smooth rotation and no loosening.
