Production process

To make a Microfiber Duster, the first step is to select the raw materials, we don't just pick up a handful of fibers and use them. We will first sieve the microfiber raw materials to remove impurities and short fibers, leaving only long fibers with good toughness and uniform thickness. Next, comb the fibers apart to form a smooth cotton-like structure, ensuring that each fiber is fully stretched out, only in this way can the woven fabric have uniform adhesion.

In the weaving process, special looms are used to weave fibers into fabric, during weaving, the density is controlled to avoid being too dense and hard, nor too loose and prone to shedding. The woven fabric will first undergo a pre-wash to remove surface dust and residues from weaving, and then be cut, each corner must be aligned and cut flat.

The last step is edge locking and inspection, wear-resistant thread is used for edge locking, the inspector will check each piece one by one for any missed stitches or burrs, only when they are qualified will they be packed.

Usage and Maintenance

When using Microfiber Duster, it is suitable for both dry and wet wiping, dry wiping can sweep away the floating dust and pet hair on sofas and coffee tables without raising dust like ordinary rags. Wet wiping is more practical. For grease stains on the kitchen stove and soup stains on the dining table, just dip them in warm water and wipe them clean. There's no need to pour a lot of detergent. Our product is also easy to maintain, when it gets dirty, just soak it in warm water with neutral laundry detergent for a few minutes and gently rub it. There is no need to scrub hard with a hard-bristled brush, otherwise it will damage the fiber structure. After washing, do not wring it out forcefully. Just hold the cloth and gently squeeze out the water, then hang it in a well-ventilated place to dry, do not expose it directly to the sun. Prolonged exposure to the sun will make the fibers brittle and affect the adsorption capacity.
